IF YOU REQUIRE A SPECIFIC SIZE PLEASE ADD THIS TO YOUR LIST OTHERWISE THEY WILL BE PRINTED AT THE SIZE THEY ARE SENT TO ME.

By placing your order you confirm that the file you are sending to me has been created at least 300dpi created using RGB colour mode.

Jpg and Tiff files are the preferred format, I can accept pdf however they don't always print as well. They must be at least 300dpi. Files will be checked for size if stated on your list, if no size is stated they will be printed at the size attached. I will check that the files are seamless and if any issue I will try to correct, anything that is beyond my skills will be referred back to you to contact your designer.

I do not check for issues with design flaws however if I do see any these will be referred back to you to take up with the designer. Any prints which do not repeat correctly should be taken up with the designer. If there are any design flaws that I have not seen these will not be compensated and must be taken up with your designer.

Please do not send files from your phone, the resolution can change and you will not receive a good clarity on print or the correct size print. If you are unsure on colours or scales we advise ordering a test metre before making a full order.

There may be colour variations between different bases and on each print run which is not considered a fault, screen colours and print colours can vary again this is not considered a fault.

Size tolerance is +/-5% if more is sent you will receive that also. Designs are not guaranteed to be printed in one run, I will always ask the printers to do so if possible. Marks within 5cm of the selvedge are sometimes possible as are small ink smudges on the reverse, again these aren't considered a fault just a product of printing. Any fault in the main fabric area, on the printed side, larger than 20p will be compensated.

I cannot print any files which may infringe copyright. By placing your order you are confirming that you have the right to print the file and it does not breach copyright. Any files found breaching copyright will be deleted and a refund issued.

PYO slots close on the last day of each month

. Delivery is 4 to 6 weeks after closing, any delays which are out of my control will not be compensated. Sometimes the turnaround times can change due to holidays etc, please check our facebook page for updates on the turnaround time.

All fabrics are oeko certified. Designs can be split with a minimum of 1m per design, discount applies when ordering the same base.
