When will my order be shipped?
Orders are shipped fortnightly on a Wednesday, please contact me if you require your order urgently
What date should I expect my order?
If your order contains pre ordered fabrics these will arrive 4 to 6 weeks after the print run date which is the last day of each month. Any delays will be posted on our facebook group, certain times of year the turnaround changes, again please check our facebook group for up to date timings.
My tracking number is not working
Sometimes I generate the labels early ready to ship on the Tuesday, if you placed your order before my last shipping day and your tracking number still is not working please email me.
Where can I find fabric information?
Please head to our fabric information page for information regarding pre order and Print your own fabrics. All in stock fabrics have the details listed on the product page.
Can I add to an existing order?
Yes you can, when you reach checkout please put a note with your previous order number and I will combine them and refund any extra postage, unfortunately if there is no note added at checkout I will not be able combine.
